Your issues will be never resolved and these people will keep on robbing you untill you disconnect your number. 3 months back I bought this and now I have already closed it.
These people keep on charging extra 100 Rs on every bill cycle saying its late payment charges. Also I had speed problems, there is reliance tower on my apartment, and this is the reason I bought this service but now am totally disappointed. So I suggest never ever! go for this. There are plenty of worthy service providers.
