Broadband not working due to Electricity broad cut RELIANCEs Line

Im a customer of reliance broadband in Lucknow, my user ID is 387787615736.
I always had connectivity issue in past BUT THINGS ARE REALLY DIFFERENT NOW. RELIANCE DOESNT PAID THE ELECTRICITY BILL(can you all believed that) AND MVVNL(Madhyanchal Vidyut Vitaran Nigam Ltd. LUCKNOW) CUT THEIR POWER SUPPLY FROM 18 NOV. and poor reliance owner now are not willing to pay the utility bills. there are nearly 250+ customers who suffer from this childish mistake by reliance and THEY DO NOTHING but SAYING everything is alright in nxt 24 hrs, I wish when their 24hrs comes.
I dont THINK THAT THEY PROVIDE WORLD CLASS SERVICE UNTIL the year 3014 or 3020 and above all their customer care staff and local office in Lucknow are not even tried to help .(ek to karela uper se neem chada), they just tried to negotiate with customer emotions and just tackle the customer by false statements. MY COMPLAINT NO. is 227002377(issued 19th nov) its my ADVICE TO RELIANCE(though they are not reliable) JUST GO AND PAY THE ELECTRICITY BILL and finish this issue.
NOTE: person I contacted in reliance office(magnum plaza, gomti nagar) are Vikas DIxit, and Sumeet(they both just giving false commitment)
