I was very excited when I first read about bsesinternet service, and immediately contacted them for a connection. they said that they would immediately send their executive. after a couple of days I gave them a call again as their representative did not turn up. again I was subjected to the same avowals and again their representative failed to make. after a week their executive (finally!!) shows up with a form, which I filled up. at that time they said that there was a special offer and that I could avail some concession. they said that it would take a month to get the connection as they are still callow in that area. after a couple of months the guy came back and said that it might take another couple of months to get the connection, however the offer that was available is now not available as a result of which I would have to pay the entire amount without any concession. he even asked me to pay the entire amount in a post dated check if I wanted to avail the offer. with such a scurvy, lamentable approach how do u expect consumers to feel dauntless even before becoming the customer. just ponder if this is the situation before the connection then what customer srevice can we expect from them?????? till date they have not responded back to me. whenever I phone them the phone keeps ringing and no body answers it. I have also heard that they have closed their office. keeping this in fact the executive must have asked me to pay them in advance way before the connection.
my advice:- DONT PAY OR LISTEN TO THEIR IRKSOME ARGUMENTS BEFORE THE CONNECTION IS DONE:
