Bad Products, Worse Service, Worst Customer care

I used to be a customer of Reliance Datacard and CDMAservices. Once paid for the service, activation took 21 days!!!! In spiteof constant prodding. They messed my name and address and thus I never receivedthe bills. After several visits to and prodding address proof and it took 4 attemptsto get my address right, but name remained messed up.


The employees at their center in Hyderabad (Madhapur Branch)and in Bangalore (Yelahanka new town branch) are pathetic than drunken monkeys, they neither have the require knowledge/skill/focus required for the job nor a pleasant demeanor. One common sight of any reliance center is frustrated customers screaming on top of their lungs and arrogant employees making the situation worse.


Even after cancelling their service, they sent bills every month for two month followed by calls asking me to pay the bills. I recommend those who are looking to get a CDMA cell phone connection or looking for data card for mobility to look elsewhere as reliance islegal scam.
