This review is mainly to highlight the pathetic, worst, awful, terrible website developed by Reliance for payment and overview of accounts.

The site so slow as if it was running on Anil Ambanis personal laptop. I am such a big company should not have problem getting a good scalable server to handle that kind of site.
The site password maintainence feels like the site is CIA or FBI site. They want your password of length 8 chars, having chars, numbers and special chars. The passwords need to be different from last 10 passwords. Even my ICICI account does not want that kind of security. It is just a Internet account for Christs sake.
The password reset system is too cumbersome. First it would ask a personal question, then it would send you a cryptic password which would confuse you since it has both I and l(capital I and small l). Even after hundred attempts you would not be able to get a new password.
If you are lucky to get a new password, it would ask you to change it as soon as you login. Again you have to choose a competely new password. After changing it, you would have to login again(WTF.by this time you would have cursed the website incharge and his entire family with some fine expletives)
- Now when you try to login with the brand new password the site would take its own sweet time to login and connect to ICICI.
The time it takes me every month to pay my bills is directly proportional to the time the Website incharge gets to have se* with his secretary(that is the only reason I could see such a big firm would have such a poorly maintained, pathetic, slow website.)
Maybe the website incharge cheated his way through the exam for Load Balancing in his Computer engineering class. Or he gave blow jo*s to his boss to get the job. Or it could be the other way around.
