This was a horrible bumpy ride of almost 8 months which I wish to end now.... It was easy to get Reliance Broadnet connection ..
Just a call away... But what started after that ........There were three instance in these 8 months when there were no service for more than 2-3 days continuously without any intimation due to issue in their technical instillations/backbone...
But I was positive thinking that they will improve with time....The connection used to drop for no reason due to which I stopped using reliance broadnet connection for all critical transaction over wire. I thought of giving them time to improve ....
Which have not happened so far and instead it is detoriating..... Then came August and broadnet broadband once again stopped working for no obvious reason.I put a complaint on *377 , somebody from technical department called me after assessing the issue over phone and told me that somebody from local technical department will come to my home to resolve it.
