Reliance disconnects for paying extra

*Reliance disconnects for paying extra** Reliance has stopped sending monthly Invoices for Broadband users.


So I have been paying about Rs.500+ evry month because earlier the bill used to be around Rs. 400.


Similar way I paid Rs.525 on 16th Jan and so on 17th Jan the account must have shown Rs. 379 as credit to those Relinace’executives’ who don’t have( or have been told not use) their brains.


They have treated that amount as what I have PAID instead of my bill and have called 3 times everyday to pay the’remaining’ amount(?).


When I sent a mail to their website contact address one Mr. Sharma sent me a mail saying’ First you pay your outstanding’.


( which outstanding?)


When I wrote him that there is no outstanding and if you disconnect I will go to court, I received a mail from one Mr. Tawade that’ your request for disconnection has been entered’.


When I wrote again the facts then I received a mail’ It will take at least 15 days for disconnection’


I do’t know whether they read mails.
