OMG such a pathetic service. I dont want any one to suffer more than me. Yesterday till 4 PM I was working with the data card and it was well. At 7 PM I just want to send an emergency e-mail to my senior executive I just tried but I was unable to connect it. I just called upon 1800 series and I have crossed 3 levels of escalations I do have their names and caller IDs also.
On 20th evening I went to reliance web world and submitted few documents for pre to post migration. Suddenly without informing anything to me they kept my data card in idle state. How is it possible without informing the customer atleast by an SMS or call or an email?? At 7:30 PM I came to know that I cant use my data card anymore for some 2 days. At that time I went to reliance web world and explained every thing finally they arranged me a call back before 11 PM on the same day so that they will activate it within 30 mins for sure. I was waiting for the call and I believed them that they can keep their promise. No call and I called to 1800 series again they requested me to wait till 11AM on 22nd Dec.
On 22nd Dec at 6 AM I have to attend an important meeting with my clients I dont have an alternative at 6 AM, finally I left everything. I lost everything now am posting this comment. I lost everything because of reliance. Please never go for such a service. Dont believe them. They dont know how to keep promises. Still if you have reliance data card please keep it as an alternative dont depend on it totally. I will wait for 2 more days regarding 2 issues. Let me wait what will happen after this comment. If I will get any response I will surely update it here.
