I have registered in reliance website for a new Broadband connection. After few days on 24/11/2015 I got the call from one Reliance worker who came to my house to register new connection and I paid him the required amount and he told me within 48 hours I will get the connection. Next day I got a confirmation mail from Reliance on 25/11/2015 with details like(CAF no:17800035194954 2.Subscriber ID/s:\n 1) POTS-8039851271\n 2) DIA - 315179704825 3.Name(Customer Name):MR SUBHAKANTA PATTANAYAK). But after 2 days I got the call from the connection service provider that due to no feasibility in your area(which already confirmed previously by Reliance worker that feasibility is there) we can not able to give you the connection. After that I call that Reliance worker, he shared his manager no. After talking to his manager he told me that we can not give you the connection due to feasibility is not there in your area and you will get your refund money within 4 weeks . After that on 14/12/2015 I received a mail from Reliance that with the same feasibility story. And your refund will be done within 45 days. But after 30 days also I didnt receive refund amount. So I send a mail on 16th Jan 2016 to Reliance costumer care to refund my amount. They have replied on 19th Jan 2016 by saying regrets and cooperate with us to refund your money. But till now I did not receive any amount from there end. I am very much disappointed and feeling helpless. So if you can punish this kind of fraudsters, no one will suffer in the future.
