In my life I Never listened the appreciation of Reliance’s any product or any services the only the things I listen its poor service and its keep cheating and frowardness to the people.
My friend Manish Tiwari bought a 3 GB Internet pack from reliance For Three Months i.e. from Oct 2014 to Dec 2014. first few days there was a connection error, it is not connecting at all then he called in Reliance customer care then he comes to know after paying three months Data Card Charges they still not activated their services. customer executive told him it will start in next 48 Hrs, Finally after 24 Hrs it stated
But the problem of connection were going on some days its not connecting and Some days if connecting, it is disconnecting very frequently. After suffering for more than a month he lodged a complain. he got a reply from Reliance to feed my details through their web interface.
Somehow we had some hope that problem will now short out and he fed all the details through reliance web based interface as advised on 8th Oct. Although 8 days has passed no benefit happened. he has tried to connect internet hundred times out of which It has connected only 2-3 times for few minutes only. After suffering for 50 days he said am sorry to say that reliance communications is brutally cheating the poor and innocent customers.
if any one is buying any product from reliance please check out any other brand. I still not beleiveing " India ka hokar India ko hi loot ta hai Reliance "
