I am from Madurai. I applied for Reliance brodband on 4\5\2009. They said they will apply within three days. Till now they have not given the connection. The agent name is Samsudin - 9894111118. He never answers any call. I have never seen such a worst customer service.
They are fit for nothing. They are very cunning and clever in collecting money. Anil ambani is worst in managing company. I have called nearly 25 times and they never attend the calls neither they care about this. If we call through other phone they rarely attend and say "We will call you later". I am not caring for money. But I think they are only longing for money.
Instead of doing this job they can better go and beg. I think they have a nice future in doing that job. This issue must be seriously considered. Otherwise they will loose their name and fame on market. I have lost my hope on the quality of reliance.
