We had applied for the Broadband Wimax connection 4 months back i.e during August. They said they can not provide the connection due to area Restrictions. If that is the case. then we requested for cancellation our application and refund the deposit amount and all the documents provided.
We have been calling up the customer care without any out put.When we call the customer care - 30337777, they direct us to Banglore Wimax dept- 32448801/02/03/04 and none of these no’s work. I wonder this one of their strategy to make money? We have been spending lots oh phone bill on getting back our own money.
I have no idea how to go about it further. Can anyone assist us in this regard?
