Reliance broadnet is a very stupid thing. I took a new connection of 300 kbps flat speed by paying Rs. 1200 per month. Suddenly after six hours it was logged off and the download which was in progress became nil. Sheer wastage of time and money. Again started it was disconnected in evening due to their problem. One can understand the free phone given by them on which there is a switch of R care , means “ our net will be disconnected again and again.
This is for giving complaint again & again. Such a big company could not be able to start the connection with in 24 hrs. More over no compensation in terms of money as it is prepaid- One more useless thing is its login page. When we have unlimited connection there is no need of login page . Regarding service support they only give complaint number and are not able to tell any thing more
