The most pathetic services I have ever seen in my entire life. These guys sucks.
Whenever I call they give complaint ID and after few days of call I understand that complaint is closed.
They write wrong feedback against this complaint ID. I was shocked to see this many times.
When requested for bill waiver, they say’according to our system your problem was resoved’
Billing recovery person harrses like anything.
Customer Care executive is stereotype.
Customer care call take 30~60 mins.
