I am an IT entrepreneur and have used services of most of the internet service providers operating in North India. While Ive used some bad, some good, and some great products in the past, Reliance Broadnet has got to be the worst ever product as well as customer service experience that ever existed.
The damn thing will not connect 22 out of 24 hours in a day. When it does, it gets frequently disconnected. You call their support. They will respond with the same stupid troubleshooting over and over again. Their technicians never visit your place. They close the complaint numbers on their own. When you get back to them, the standard responses/lies are "there was no one at your place", "weve fixed your connection from the backend", "we apologize for the inconvenience. We will respond back to you". Everything a blatant lie!
Their Appellate Authority is only a concoction of their mind. There is no evidence of its existence. You keep writing to them, calling them and there will be just NO response.
Frustrated, disgusted, and simply exhausted by their soul-wrenching disservice, when you proceed to get your connection cancelled, even that will take ages and a lot of persuasion. Mine took almost 20 days.
If there is a Reliance Broadnet Advertisement anywhere in your neighborhood touting a FARCE called 1 MBPS Unlimited @ 599, just RUN AWAY from it.
