I have had a very bad experience with Reliance Communication Delhi. I applied for a reliance Wireless broadband connection and gave cheque for four months rental plus service tax.
After that an engineer came to my place and said that wire less broadband can not be installed as there is some signal feasibility issue at my place. The next day when I checked the cheque was already cleared and gone to Reliance Account.
On enquiry I was told that as per the policy of the company I will get the refund from Reliance within 30 days which actully I havent got for almost two months. This is highly unprofessional approach from a company which is carrying a such a brand name in India. No one in customer care is able to tell the status, in the branch office at Rajouri Gardern, no one is picking the phone.
I am really surprised that we often talk about government offices working style in India, but I found Reliance worst than those examples. I will suggest anyone going for Reliance Broadband to be cautious before making any payment even by account payee cheque, as the company is being run like a bunch a crooks.
