This is Ashwin and my wireline id is 358298189254(, on name of my dad jayaram) people you got the best broad plans for the money I pay.But the customer service is completely ruining your Brand. Every month atleast minimum of 5 to 10 days, my broadband hops off. Most of the days, I work from home.
But now because of your pathetic service I have got another airtel connection. On a serious note, I dont mind the cost. I pay you people in advance every month. check my credits please! And certian things are least expected! I know nothing is perfect, you got your issues, but I cant be the victim every time. Every time I open a broadband ticket they close it automatically after 48 hrs.
No one has contacted me till date regarding any of my ticket. I keep a reminder and call you people everyday. You know why? A few months ago, like the same way my ticket was closed once and I didnt even get a message. So I was hoping that you people were working on it and after a few days when I called your tech says the ticket was closed long back and I must call them and check everyday it seems!
I need to open a fresh one every time after I get a closed status message . Thats too awkward and even my waiver requests are cancelled stating my issue was resolved within SLA, else stating they got usage stats in between! Cant even provide the proof for that .
and on a forward note regarding the present issue
last month 22 my broadband was dead, opened a ticket
24th was closed not resolved
24 eve I opened a fresh one as usual
27 was closed surprisingly resolved,
My waiver request was cancelled for above issue stating issue was fixed within SLA!
7th Jan asked to open 2 ticket one for waiver and other for broadband dead again, one the waiver request was opened.
8th I called and another tech states my people are working on my broadband issue, actually the ticket was not created itself!
10th I called for status a tech states I never had a ticket on this, " I was not supprised " opened a fresh one
14th ticket closed, not resolved " expected "
15th open a fresh one, !
I hardly have 1% trust that this email will be considered, which is actually something least expected!
But still, I write at least to vent out my anger!
