Please never take the Reliance broadband connection. reliance customer service is very bad, They are cheating people. I took the connection 2 years back and never delayed single month. One day the data card stops working, I was not getting signal at all. When I called customer care, they simply replied there was a server issue, it will be resolved which is never happened.
Then at last I called customer care and requested to disconnect. As per their suggestion I cleared the whole amount and took Airtel data card. Again next month Bill came, Then I called customer care and given my disconnect Id .They informed it got closed with out solving /notifying us. when I denied to pay and asked them to cancel, they told our network people will go to your house and resolve the issue.
Nothing they have done and also not disconnected and and asking us to pay 2000 rs to disconnect the device. that to blank call giving me saying calling from police station. That’s why I m writing this blog.
So please be aware!
