Reliance is a good example of a company that has a good underlying robust infrastructure which remains underutilized because of the inefficiency of the employees. The internet speed is somewhat okay compare to other service providers; however, things can turn out to be somewhat harrowing when some issue occurs. Then, you are there on your own.
No one cares and complaining to the customer care simply does not work. The local ground engineers have this habit of closing all of the service requests without doing any work.
