I had taken Reliance Thunder 699 plan in May-2014 from Gurgaon(moved from Airtel). Initially, the experience was good. The speed provided was nice. They do not configure WiFi and ask for extra charge for configuration, instead they provide old-aged modem with LAN cable!
1 week after, the service started showing its true color, frequently the internet connection went down. The internet light on my WiFi modem rarely lit up! In past 1 month, I had to reach to RelianceCustomer Care around 10-12 times. They always have similar response : ask for apology, ensure problem to be resolved in 24 hours(no one visited in 24 days)! Everyday when I used to come back home, I used to wonder whether the net would be up or not today?
I have vowed not to go back!
