We had a terrirble experience of taking reliance broadband. We took it and as now everyone knows
the speed sucks and we had to disconnect it. We decided to disconnect the unreliable reliance connection and called up the customer serice and they agreed to disconnect the service. We paid the bill for that month and was happy to get rid of this useless reliance connection.
After four months we got a legal notice that we need to pay bill for the last 4 months otherwise criminal charges will be taken against us. I would say ’yes’, it should be taken as we committed a crime to be the customers of this reliance frauds. For us we have no other option than to pay the bill.
Guys, if u r looking for braodband, never go for reliance, go for airtel , tata wifi or BSNL. Atleast they wont loot ur money.. now if u r planning to disconnect the reliance connection just like all other fellow indians, make sure that u take a reference number from them and call up 3-4 times to make sure that ur connection is disconnected. Poor dhirubhai amabani, he doesnt know what his sons are doing to us...
