I am forced to give reliance one star because mouthshut won’t let me rate lower than that.
This is by far the worst internet I have ever used. It is down most of the time. Despite the high speed on paper, websites take too long to load. Other than that, customer satisfaction is poor. It takes a minimum of 15-20 days to service any request. The customer care is not technically sound and have no other responses except "I am sorry". I would not recommend reliance broadband to anybody.
