Figured out that Relianceada.com is a horrible company to deal with. My misfortune started after becoming its NetConnect+ customer. Although there were frequent connectivity issue and unsatisfactory net speed most of the times, I persisted with them for around 5 months as even if I wanted to continue associated with them, I could not as the data card itself stopped getting recognized.
After hours of wait to get a customer service professional attend to my call, had to spend couple more hours in making them accept my connection termination request. As such, I had to resort to making call to care personnel as several emails sent to them were not acted upon.
One wonders, why should a postpaid customer should pay the service tax to them if this is what one is going to end up with. The misery didnt end over there as Reliance deliberately delayed the termination and generated approx 1000 as bill to be paid. Im hoping that whoever reads this review takes the high risk of going ahead with a reliance product as these appellate, head services and many other customer care divisions are all alike i.e utterly hopeless and useless.
Based on my previous experience with RCom, I certainly know that no resolution would be arrived by Reliance to solve any users issue and all they do is post a standard and rhetoric response extracted from some template.
