Reliance broadband has the worst service in pune. Its mostly unavailable and calling to customer care takes at-least 20 minutes to reach the technical department.
The technical department recites a few technical steps all the time and even if that does not work (2-3 times a month), final say is we will send our engineer. The engineer comes or not I am not aware, but I get a feedback that no-body was there at home. We are a working couple so obviously we wont be available. This engineer has no courtesy to give a missed call even.
Now finally I decided to get it terminated.
I took a safe way to communicate through email, after sending the mail I got a registered id for termination (179889673) on 25th May 2012, I was expecting it to be terminated in 9 days. Max of 7th June. But even after recurring reminders and request for guidelines, no proper conclusion has taken place and bills are coming.
Reliance is a big headache and I am planning to take it to the appealeate of reliance.
