Friends I am using reliance broadnet services from last 1 year. I am having two connections of reliance broadnet.
I want to share a experience with you all guys. I apply for broadnet connection for my home. I applied in customer care support. a sales person arrived giving me assurance that within 72 hours I will get my connection. On fourth day I again called customer but only excuses are given. then after 1 week I again reminded them. after calling again again n getting no positive reply frm their side was extremely a bad experience for me.
After 15 days I was given services of reliance broadnet. There is a wide communication gap between the technical team department and customer care department. The speed is good but the DSL stability is not good it get disconnected a number of times.
After a month I complain to the customer care department regarding frequent disconnections. the same reply is being given to me that within 48 hours a call will be made. But still no one has rectified my problem.
