Reliance BroadBand-Dont bother to think abt it

I took a flat 300kbps connection from Reliance after a long wait of 15-20 days. The first 2 days of connectivity was really good. The trouble began the third day. I was able to open gtalk but not able to send messages. No other site other than gtalk was opening.This was from day 3-5. After that I am not able to open the Relaince web page either. No connectivity .... No IP... nothing...


Everyday I call the customer care Ph.NO :080 3033 7777(No need to look into the receipt for number... Byheart). Each time I call they say  "we are very sorry for the Inconvenience Sir/Madam" , "Can I put you on hold Sir/Madam", " I have logged your complaint Sir/Madam" , "Our Technical Engineer will get back to you very shortly Sir/Madam".. But God knows when it is gonna happen.


I jus  dont understand why they are not able to understand the importance of the customer’s time. And I am not very sure if the customer care number is a toll free number. If not, God save me ...!!!!!


Despite threatening them that I wud remove their equipment worth 10K and throw it in the dustbin, if I am not going to get proper support, I hardly find any response from their end ....
