I agree with the earlier complaint.
I have just renewed for 3 years & am now stuck with a useless ISP. If only I could withdraw my subscription & subscribe with another ISP I would immediately.
It was not so bad when BSES were at the helm but now that Reliance has taken over its absolutely the pits.
If its not the backbone fault its some switching defect. I wonder where Reliance got their engineers from. I now have to resort to using a dial up service through MTNL for which I intend submitting the bill to Reliance for refund. Whats is the point in paying so much if the service is so lousy. Once they have received your subscription they dont really care about the service. My line has been down for 2 weeks with the same old lousy replies from the call center. They now tell me they will give me extra days on completion of my subscription. Extra days of the same non functional service. yes that would be great.Cant wait to finish my 3 years & sign up for a more efficient & worhtwhile ISP. If you are thinking of subscribing to Reliance Broadband, my advice is forget it & look elsewhere if you want to save money & not have to put up with a lot of BS.
