I am Karthik from T-Nagar, Chennai and I’ve been using thunder 699 since April 2014 and from the first week itself the network stopped working.
Their customer care center never answers our calls, so I had to visit their head office every time, then problem will be resolved after some days and it’ll stop again stop working, so far I’ve visited the head office and complained 10-12 times but still my connection is not working for 45 days.
So please don’t ever buy any thing from Reliance, they only cheat and steal your money, Just go for some other network. My ID is 344801933202.I am thinking of going for consumer court.
