Reliance 3G dongle doesnt have a network in my area. I bought the dongle but with no connection. Guys request you not to buy reliance 3g dongle.it sucks. Even after repeated complaints they just promise but never able to deliver. In one and half month I have written a more than 20 mails to them and called customer care n number of time with no results. They took this as a positive feedback. All this communication is in my email.
9/12/2013 - Today after 4 months they are asking to pay the due of Rs. 1300/- for which they have never provided service. They even said that if the bill is not paid instantly within 15 minutes at any reliance outlet. they will send the notice and have to come to the court to pay Rs. 10, 000/-. Isnt this a harassment ?
My intention was clear to pay the bill for the usage. That why I invested 1499/- for the dongle and within a month I had to terminate the connection. The dongle is still lying uselessly with me.
Today on 16/12/2103, again getting a call from Reliance Mumbai Office and denying that the call made on 9th of December, 2013 was not made by them. The lady claimed that the call is from Legal department and have to make immediate payment. Else your case will go to court and have to pay tomorrow a fine of Rs. 10, 000/-. To avoid all this hassle please pay it immediately. The phone no. through which the call came on 9th of December, 2013 at 10.14 am and 10.26 am was 7827008745. It is reliance gsm no. from Delhi Circle. They just harass people.
Now politely, they are again requesting to make the dues cleared, for which they provided poor service. Hope they have shame for themselves and improve on customer feedback. It is we as a CONSUMER have to SUFFER for their FAULT and end up PAYING for their MISTAKES.
