What to say, I guess the heading speaks for itself. But still...you can be on the road like a beggar with the very help of Reliance in all ways, with their worst(worst is mild and hence I should use the word Pathetic I guess) customer service where they are very irresponsible, incompetent, lethargic, all nonsense, no remorse of their mistake, all information is incorrect.
Their Senior leadership / Portfolio managers does not have any guts(do I say nerve) to face or call the customers and leave the CSRs as a scape goats to the customer.
