Reliance GSM prepaid is resorting to vague deduct

Dear Sir,


This is to inform you that there has been unauthorized deductions from my mobile connection( 9022278108).


On 17th Oct I recharged for Rs. 150/- an on 19th suddenly, all my balance was deducted.


When I lodged a complain, then the CC executive has accepted the fault and said that the amount will be refunded.


on 20th morning Rs. 131/- was refunded in the morning, but again by 2.00 PM again unauthorised deductions was made.


this inspite of the fact that I have a net pack of Rs. 297/- 3G recharged and active on my connection.


Due to this issue I am unable to to do any proper communication and access mails. This has resulted in loss to me financially and mentally.


Whenever I call your customer care at 198, they have standard answer that the system is down and they cannot do anything, kindly call after 2 hrs. They will not hand over the phn to any senior person.


Am I siting all day idle just to recharge my phone and you deducted as per your will. I have wasted entire 18 hrs getting resolution from you.


The height of issue is when you have already taken care of a complain, then it was repeated in 3 hrs.


Your customer care is pathetic, non trained, and very arrogant. I sympathise them, as they seem to be trained to be thick skinned and take abuses as much as they can.


Instead of the above if you can train them to provide solutions for customer complaints, today reliance would have been number one telecom in India.


Kindly take my complain seriously other wise I have to file FIR and a compensation case against your organisation.
