I recharge my mobile no 9555642429 with an amount of 255 on 8 Sep 2012. I got an SMS saying your mobile no has been recharged with amount .01 rs. I contacted in customer care (198) and complained about this. After 3-4 days I got an SMS saying we could not find your transaction. Kindly contact in your bank.
If they could not find my transaction then hoe I got SMS that I got my mobile no recharged with amount .01 rs.
Now the bank saying I should contact to service provider. But I could not connect with customer care too. my call simply get disconnected after so many tries. If they really dont care about the customer then why the hell customer care is for. Why they dont shut down the company?
Always technical issues are running through their system then why dont they just break the bloody system or repair it?? Why always customer have to suffer?
