I have experienced with different type of mobile operator . I had purchased a reliance sim few years ago . So, I have different type of experience with Reliance mobile operator .
1st of all, network of Reliance not good . Reliance network is available at only on town service area, their network not available at rural area .
They don’t have any good package for internet, call, sms . Their don’t have a good call rate cutter package .
It is a big problem to contact with their customer care team .
Their customer service team too much unfriendly . They always ignore to help me when I faced any problem . They behave as they are too busy to don’t have enough time to help me . Behaviour, CSA is not good not friendly .
Onetime, they deduct my balance without any reason . Although, they refunded after few days .
The speed of internet of few package is too slow . As a result, I can’t open any page in browser .
Reliance sometime make false promises . For a package, they provide some validity . But, after few time from recharge the offer they reverse it . As a result, my package gone expired without any notice . When I contact with their customer care team, they don’t help me .
So, it is sure that it is not a good mobile operator . I don’t recommend it to anyone .
