Hard time with reliance I was a ex team lead for reliance data card services and when I joined reliance I was a agent they gave me very good growth but not salary also the boss had made a foolish decision of outsourcing the company to some vendor.
And that stupid vendor gave us a good salary for first two months later the salary started to credit late by 10 days or so
After 4 months the salary did not came at all am answerable to my 20 member team we worked for reliance for about 3 months we waited so patiently and got our salary finally after filing a complaint OMG I wasted 3 years with reliance but I learned my life and earned some good friends there.
