Reliance - Corporate Money looters

Reliance is pretty sure, we , Indians always run out of ideas. Recently it launched Wireless Broadband Internet. I was happy to acquire the product after having seen their high profile ads on tv. But alaas!!!! Now realized being exploited. I  barely get even 1/3 of the speed  they offer. 3.1Mbps is what their claim is. That is, in kBps terms would have always swung around at 384 kBps, though the practical speed may vary between 300 and 350 kBps subject to proper tower connectivity. And my locality meets all technical requirements needed to effect their claimed speed.

All said, but  I get a speed below 100 kBps which is not worth the money they loot in the name of Broadband connectivity. Reliance desperately needs to improve their quality of service, there by,  keeping up with the lavish assurances they make,  before people realize the blunder of being  reliance customers. I called in customer care for some help, but to no avail. They are lavish with their promises and when it comes to delivering they hide deep in some unknown caves. Thanks a lot, Mr.Reliance for your New Corporate Customs and Positive Mannerism.

My advice to all those who plan to have this is  do not buy this product if you really want to make your downloads blazing fast and hence go in for fixed/cable connection(BSNL/MTNL/Airtel .. all are nearly stable). This data card may be of some to use to  those always on the move. What I really meant is its good for seamless browsing but not for quick downloads.
