Every company which owns the customer service is a big scam, including the great ambani or adani Reliance network . They purposely create problems to the network connectivity and make you call the customer care service. The problem with every internet service provider is they want to compete with other networks and hence in the name of customer service they make you call the customer service every now and then .
They want to show the world that these many customers have been satisfied by their customer service team. The irony is that the company itself create the problem and solve the problem when you call them . They just want to create an impression in the minds of the customer that their service is customer friendly.
I hope one company will emerge which will not harass the customer by making them call every now and then.
