I got a free reliance datacard connection(Number 9311431477) from authorised lenovo laptop dealers(along with a laptop) in Nehru place, Delhi somewhere arond november - Stating that it is free for the first three months.
On recieving bills within this period I was surprised. In a follow up call I updated the issue to the executive.He said he would check and revert.
Now this became a trend. I would recieve call every now and then with no update on my query. I thought maybe the executives aren’t serious about their job.
So, I went to their office in Central Market, Lapat Nagar, Delhi - Discussed in detail the matter. they said that the case is genuine and the billl needs to be revised but for the same they would have to raise a request within their online system. They did something on their system and said the request has been raised and they would inform me of the resolution within a few days on my alternative number.
Nothing happened - but the teaser calls and bills kept coming and multiplying
Finally I had to go to the same lajpat nagar office again only to discover that there is no revert on the earlier request. I asked them to make another request - they did somthing on the the system and said requsted has been sent again and Its their responsibility to take care of my trouble. I went.
The calls and bills cycle continued.
This time when I went to their office they checked and told me my connection has been terminated and the entire amount ammassed is due in my name & I need to pay it.
When I asked of the earlier request sent by them to the system - they said the ealier mail database was corrupted and deleted- so its not possible to track it.(Now where do I go)
I asked them to raise a request to resend a request to look into my case - to hear to their revert that nothing can be done againt terminated cases except the user to pay bills.
I asked them to update me of options - They said pay the bills and take a neew relaince connection(sounds like a joke)
I walked out.
Soon I recieved a legal notice from the esteemed Reliance mobile company threatening me in various ways.
Suggest for saving me from the wrath of this BIG but UNRESPONSIVE company
