This pack is a trap. I have been victimised twice. Firstly when I took a new SIM I was told that I would be given 1 GB 3G data free, but, I was given just half. I called the vendor and he had no idea. I called the Customer care, he too was clueless. By chance I thought to get it recharged again and to my utter disappointment again I was provided with half of the service. Now I called CC and they cut the phone.
Since then, I have been trying and the automatic stupid woman there has been saying the line is busy. Its been 3 days I recharged and 5 hours I have been trying. This is not going to work. I am going to sue Reliance in customer court for robbing poor customers. I even don’t want to rate this pack with one star.
