Had card for 6 months. Always dropping out. Have to keep reconnecting. Speeds r nowhere near their claims. Always call me if I’m a day late with payment. Never call me back when i complain about service. They always say, yes, yes. We look into it.
I hope my review will discourage ppl from going with reliance cos i don’t think a company that lies and blatantly doesn’t give a sh*t should make a profit. The catch is once you’ve paid the 3500 for the card its hard to walk away. But I’ve decided to find new provider. Also, be very cautious if searching for reliance on internet to connect. These guys are evil. They pretend to be reliance, but they are contract to reliance. They took money, never connected me, never delivered on holiday pack etc they promise. The fact that reliance allows such companies to operate on their behalf reflects those at reliance really are, n how little they care about you, the customer.
I should mention, that i tried to go thru the sponsored link ’connectindia.in/ reliance data card’, but after 6 weeks of no relies and no response, a guy at a computer shop was kind enough to hook me up directly with reliance. So i have a problem with the ’so called reliance’ who never connected me and the real reliance who did connect me, but fail to deliver on promises of speed and reliability.
I hope that clears up confusion. I just read thru and realized it wasn’t very clear.
