On 30 th Nov 2009 I recieved a call from Delhi Reliance riti infotech.Regarding the broadband connection.If I pay on 30th the activation of net will be same day.I trusted their words & paid thru credit card Rs:3400/=.
Today is 7th December still not activated. I have sent many mails no reply.they will not lift the phone also.
I have contacted Bangalore manager reliance No positive reply . He’ll receive the mobile after 20 to 30 calls.
He is giving some excuses.I’m fed up with the service. At last I told them to reverse my amount.I donot know how many months I have to stuggle to get my amount back.
On 8th At last my data card activated.The speed in our area o.k.Rightnow I’m satisfied with the speed.
