I bought Reliance data card few months ago for my brother because he use to travel for job a lot and I bought it for the price of rupees around 2000/- and usually I am not the big fan of Reliance company because I know its side effect in general life.none of the reliance products is made for the public facility.!
This company will advertise like the hell that No one stands in front of Reliance company but these people forget that service is also the most important factor for the company.
Reliance will never take feedback that user is able to use its product with comfort or not.they will keep introducing new products in the market but never upgrade their service in the market.I used Reliance sim for 1-2 years and frustrated a lot with its network problem and Internet service problem.
Every month I used to faced No Network issues for 1-2 days you may had also faced the same issues.Internet will not work for complete 1 days & when you try to figure out by calling to customer care and what as usual customer care executives will keep you on hold and hold.so the same issue is with the data card also No matter what ever f*cking speed you buy but at the end you will get speed of 1 mbps or 512 kbps because Reliance has very poor network coverag area.
Slow speed and disconnection of Internet is most common in this device and you might wait 10 minutes to load a video on youtube just because of its worst network.so forget to surf smoothly you will see that 1 website is loading and takes upto 2-3 minutes to load.
Never try to contact customer care service center because either you will kill them or you will yourself because they will give you so silly excuses and always blame you only for bad service.so nothing you will get there so never try to contact them.
One of my friend took the plan of something around Rs 750 I don’t remember exact amount but in bill rs 2500 had came so this type of fraud is common in reliance world.I don’t recommend you this Data card if you want to live peacefully.I also wasted my rs 2000 on this Brick device.so guys this was my review hope so it will help you guyss.
