3-4 weeks back I saw the ad of reliance data card for 1299rs. I was using MTS and believed Reliance is offering good speed. their TV ads make me to believe it.
Ordered it online and with in a one day I got it. data card sold to me by Vriti Infocom Ptv.ltd.
before buying I confirmed with them do I get min 1mbps speed? if not 3mbps.
it took 4 days to activate my card and first day I got the speed up to 1mbps. after that I dont know I am getting below 30kbps speed and disconnects for every 2 min.
gave a complaint. at first call they told to do below steps
uninstall and re install the dialer app( with no improvment in speed I called 2nd time)
they told to clear my browser cache( in my second call they told abt step1 for which I said no improvement)
so the support calls goes on like this for every call they only tell troubleshooting from step1.
- told there is "come network congestion in my area" took my complaint and gave me a complaint no.
also told reliance netconnect personal will call me and resolve issue.
- after 4 days I called back them and inquired status of my complaint no, I was given a answer of "there is no estimated time to fix the issue, will be resolved any time".
I am convinced this is not going to work and decided to stop using it,
to my surprise I received a bill this week and learned that I am actually in post paid plan. and have to pay the money for the service which I could not use.
I think no service provider is giving good speed all they do is only fool the customers.
