I took reliance post paid connection for about 6 months in Chennai, I tried deactivating but was not able to reach customer care, even though I did not use it for 2 months, they charged me full amount. Moreover, they sent some local thugs to my house while I was travelling and threaten my wife to pay for the reliance bill. Reliance have some understanding with local gangsters in chennai who sell and market post paid connection through sms and threaten you if payment is not made, Avoid reliance data card like the Devil himself.
