As I read your reviews.... I agree as far as fast browsing & downloading is considered... they are leaders........ No doubt about it.
Actually, I stay in chandigarh. My office is in almost out of the city. I get excellent speed while in car or at home. Sometimes inspite of having Intranet, I need to use HSD at my Office for other media content from Various websites which are not allowed to open on intranet.
That time, I have seen many atimes it catches 1x mode even after having the HSD functionality. I Contacted to Customer Care , I got to know that they have launched their services for HSD in 35 cities ( Including Chandigarh ) & For 1x they have wider footprint in around 20000 towns across India. They told me that they have 4500 towers for HSD now, n Planning to further Expand those. Interior areas of Chandigarh may not have HSD signal every time but 1x mode will give around 250 kbps speed even in those areas. Hoping they will have wider spectrum soon to increase their coverage for users like us.
Otherwise, At my residence area, Download speed is good, I have taken the broadband + 1 GB Nationwide plan, Paying Monthly Rs. 650/ & Getting onneted with the fast growing world within minutes......makes me feel good. If I could get the same at my office place also with the same speed, I would be very happy.... :)
