Reliance sales persons are claiming very high internet speed on their usb modem device, while purchasing but in reality it was not even to 10 kbps. On calling their clearly told me that they just claim that much but from center they can’t provide even that much amount of speed. So be careful before purchasing, n b sure that you must get that much of speed what you have been told..then only purchase it.
It takes lot time to open gmail and get disconnected several times while using.... You may get frustrated at times even while surfing n if you r downloading something then just put it on download n just go to watch sum movie. Even after then I’m sure when u return download will not completed...
And customer services really sucks. I talked the matter to an executive.. He clearly accept that they falsely claiming much higher speed on their product and reality(as per his words) is that they are not providing even 10th of the claimed speed to customers.
So beware reliance is no more reliable nor in their products nor in their services.
