My name is Sachin Mishra, my data card number is 7498583655. I was facing the network issue for last 8 months, I constantly keep launching complaint against it at the customer care. But the problem was never sorted out. At last I took a broadband connection and ask customer care to migrate my Postpaid connection to prepaid. They told me that, I have to go to Reliance web world to fill a form. They provided me the web world address of Manek Complex, Vashi. I went there, They told me that, I need to do the migration using Customer Care, and then I again contacted CC to confirm, they said it has to be done from web world. I waited for 3 hours to get the work done but nothing came out. At last I came back. After 2-3 visits I was so much frustrated that, I asked them to just terminate my connection on 11 Sept 2011 at CC. I placed a request for termination and again they asked me to visit the same web world to clear the dues and place a request for termination. I again went and then it was the same story as earlier.... I paid the billed amount on 15th Sept 2011 and place a request for termination my request no. is 161676334. After one month.... I saw that October 2011 bill is generated in my name.. I asked CC what is it?? they said that it is written there that " One of our engineer visited u at your place and solved the speed issue and u retained ur connection on same tariff plan". I was shocked... because no one has visited me till date and I never told some one of retaining the connection. I just broke that datacard the same day I placed a request for termination..... What that engineer had done...??? I don’t know.
Now, I am so much upset with all this, that I decided not to use reliance any more in any thing..... :o(
I really want a strict action taken against this fraud...
