Hello All, I have taken 2 products(TV, washing machine) at Reliance Digital - BEL Road, Bangalore. The delivery was done the very next day after delivery. It was Sunday. The delivery people have said the installation wouldn’t be done on the same day.
But surprisingly, the installation people have called and came for installation and have completed it. We were happy about it.
Next day(Monday) morning, a person calls from reliance and conveys he is the manager and has not authorized anyone to go for installation. This is the most shocking news, if reliance has not sent who has come to my home for installation?.
Immediately called the reliance digital BEL road landline and conveyed this to store and asked for who has come to our home for installation if they have not authorized. But no response has come from the store.
Been to the store and explained about the situation to the store manager asking how did our data go out of the store to unauthorized people, but he has taken this very casually and said its all authorized and nothing can be unauthorized. He is not even ready to inquire on this mishap.
They have asked the name of the one engineer who installed Washing machine, when the name is given they said he is authorized person, but they say they dont have his phone number also. This is kind of management present in Reliance Digital.
The most surprising part is, this has not happened only with me but with other customers also. Reliance is not aware whom they are sending for the installation.
