This is the worst place you can ever find in your lifetime to buy a product. I can assure you, that you will loose your peace of mind, patience and time.
I was planning to buy a LED, so I went to reliance digital in phoenix mall on saturday 22 August. I meet a sales person Salim and another person named Manju. They speak as if they will do anything immediately. After lot of discussion, I bought a 42 inch LED. As I was planning to do wall mount and it would take 24 hours , I told them I will come next Friday 28th. But they immediately convinced and committed that it will be delivered tomorrow and wall mounting will be done by 6 pm on 23rd.
Then started my horrible time of waiting. Sunday, I made atleast ’200’ calls to reliance digital, lg customer service, driver delivering the TV, person coming for installation and demo. First they will not pick your call, 2nd if they pick they will give a other person number, When you call the other person he will ask to call the store. I almost requested as I was travelling for a week and didnt wanted to dump it in my house before leaving. Slowly I started shouting my lungs out and till 9:30 in the evening they said the installation guys is coming.
Finally, at 10, they said, they will send tomorrow, even though I repeatedly told them I am travelling tomorrow. Today is Saturday, September 01, and the same calling game has started.The worst experience you can ever face in your life. Almost all the showrooms give same discount and offer may be 100-200 rs difference in terms of consumer items. Please check with some local dealers who provide good service. Once installation is done, ultimately you have to go to the brands for servicing. SO please get it from local dealers instead of buying it from reliance digital. Urge you not to loose your sleep and peace for 200 rs when you are paying anything over 50k.
Never go to "Reliance Digital Phoenix mall Bangalore" for any products.
