WANDERING IF RELIANCE DIGITAL GIVE A DAMN ABOUT IT’S customtakeoutER!
This is with reference to my buying of Two LG Microwave and One Electrolux washing machine from J.P. Nagar IInd Phase, Bangalore Store on 26th Oct, 2011.
Commitments-
1) At the time of buying, we were told to receive a Gold coin (1 gm) as diwali Dhamaka.
2) They told Company personal will come to give demo within 48 hours.
What we have received -
1) They offered on Panasonic Kit for the microwave, LG Kit is not available etc etc.. We took for one, asked for LG Kit for the second Microwave.They never told us about this at the time of buying- Delivery of LG Kit is on HOLD.
2) GOLD COIN is NOT AVAILABLE - on the DIWALI Day.... That is also on HOLD.
3) Installation of the Product, for which LG person was supposed to come, now they are saying Reliance ResQ Team is coming.
4) However, till NOW, after 4 days of the product buying, the installation person has not come - that is also on hold. From 29th Oct they are saying the person is coming, we stay in Bangalore and is the Technical person coming from outside bangalore in abullock curt that he didnot reach my home after this long?
5) To add to my irritation, when I set a mail to the customtakeouter support team in the email id (customtakeoutersupport@resq.in) the mail bounched saying the receipient Vipin’s maibox is full.
I Paid more than Rs. 32, 000/- this Diwali, which made no sense for me as the festival mood is screwed up by RELIANCE DIGITAL. I think RELIANCE DIGITAL is misusing the RELIANCE BRAND NAME and Cheating people.
Therefore, I am writing this to warn anyone who might think of approaching the cheaters in ’Reliance Digital’
