Among all the electronics retail stores, I have observed that Reliance Digital(currently only on Cunningham Road) is the cheapest. I purchased my washing machine, refrigerator and water purifier from there and each one of them turned out to be about Rs. 500-1000/- cheaper compared to other stores like E-zone, Adishwar, Big Bazaar, Giria’s, etc. and about Rs. 500/- cheaper each than Croma.
Even other items like TVs(CRT and LCD), microwaves, etc. are definitely cheaper than other places(except for the Koryo range which is available only in Big Bazaar), and they also have good bundled offers(e.g. TV+ home theatre, etc).
Also, they have their own customer support for all products they sell, which is called Reliance ResQ. So(theoretically) you need not worry about how good the after-sales service of a particular brand is(e.g. I’d heard that LG service is not good at all), since now you basically only need to call Reliance ResQ for all their products, irrespective of the brand. But I don’t know how good their response is, since I haven’t tried it yet.
